Strategic
Advisory.

A focused Mexico market entry advisory engagement for consumer brands assessing viability, entry conditions, channel choices, and operating readiness. Defined scope, fixed timeline, decision-ready deliverable.

A scoped engagement.
Not a retainer.

We don't force brands into templates. We apply a defined operating framework to the specific commercial, operational, and market conditions of each engagement. The scope is defined, the deliverable is actionable, and the timeline is fixed.

Three signals that you should start here.

01

You're evaluating, not committed

Mexico is on the table but capital hasn't moved. You need rigorous outside perspective on whether it's the right market, the right time, and the right structure before you sign anything.

02

Already in market, no framework

You're already selling in Mexico but decisions are reactive. Channels were chosen ad hoc, pricing was negotiated case by case, and there's no structured read on what's working. You need a framework before scaling further.

03

You need a document, not just a meeting

Your board, investors, or co-founders need a structured read before approving the expansion. You need a document grounded in market reality that they can review, challenge, and align on.

The right advisory depth depends on the decision you need to make. We define it in the call. One hour, no cost.

Frequently asked.

Is this consulting?

+

It is strategy built by operators, delivered through a defined scope, fixed timeline, and specific deliverable. Every recommendation is designed for execution in Mexico. The engagement ends at delivery unless you choose to move into Commercial Representation or Brand Operations Partner.

How exactly does the fee credit work?

+

Up to 50% of the Strategic Advisory fee may be credited toward the Initial Setup Fee of a subsequent Commercial Representation or Brand Operations Partner engagement.

How do you handle confidentiality and data access?

+

An NDA can be put in place before sensitive information is shared. For the diagnostic we need: commercial performance, pricing structure, current distribution agreements, and your Mexico P&L if one exists. We don't share findings outside your team without written approval.

What if we already have a team in Mexico?

+

We work alongside internal teams. The diagnostic usually surfaces structural gaps that your team senses but hasn't documented. We deliver an actionable framework. We don't replace internal capacity, we sharpen it.

Before moving capital, move thinking.

A defined strategic engagement costs less than a bad market entry. Choose the depth your decision requires. The rest you decide later.
