We run the full operation, with our upside tied directly to your growth.

Three signals to bring us in for full execution.

01

You need more than a client-owned commercial team.

You need commercial leadership plus continuous operations, but do not want to employ and manage the operating team yourself. You need one accountable operating structure, not a collection of vendors.

02

You're not going to stand up HQ in Mexico.

You don't want to hire a Mexican country manager, sign a rental contract, run payroll, and supervise a local team from headquarters. You want execution running in market without taking on the corporate footprint and labor obligations of a subsidiary.

03

You're scaling in retail, distributors, and ecommerce simultaneously.

Your brand sells through national retail chains, a distributor network, and multiple ecommerce marketplaces at the same time. Each channel has its own operational rhythm, its own customer ops, its own forecast logic. Coordinating that across separate vendors is unsustainable. You need one operator orchestrating the full mix within one integrated structure.

If these signals match your situation, the next step is to map the operating structure your brand needs in Mexico.

Net Collected Revenue

Commission is based on amounts actually collected from sales in the defined territory and scope, not amounts invoiced. It accounts for refunds, returns, chargebacks, discounts, promotional credits, commercial rebates, and marketplace selling or transaction commissions. It does not deduct taxes, media, fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, import, packaging, or other operating expenses.

You retain the brand, inventory, product, accounts, revenue, and underlying business. We provide the operational layer through our team, payroll, processes, and standard operating infrastructure.

Shared performance metrics, ongoing tactical reviews, quarterly strategic reviews, and direct access to operational reporting.

The engagement defines the applicable territory, channels, and operating scope so responsibilities and performance attribution remain clear.

No minimum term. You may terminate at any time, for any reason, upon 30 days' written notice. No early termination fee, transition fee, or tail commission applies.

We define the channels, team, infrastructure, and operating responsibilities around what your brand needs in Mexico.

Define the scope with us

Scoped around the model.

Capabilities incorporated into the engagement when required. Each is scoped and priced separately.

When the operating model requires a client-owned Mexican entity, we establish the legal structure, RFC, banking, and applicable registrations.

Payroll and recurring HR administration for client personnel in departments outside the Brand Operations Partner scope.

We coordinate the tax obligations of your Mexican entity: revenue and inventory information, fiscal compliance, and recurring filing coordination.

Frequently asked.

Whose team runs the operation?

+

Ours. The team assigned to your Brand Operations Partner scope operates through Legacy Operators' payroll and operating structure, giving you established local execution capacity without having to employ and administer that team directly.

What if we want to bring it in-house later?

+

The model remains flexible. With 30 days' notice, you can move the operation to your own team or another structure. Our standard systems remain part of Legacy Operators' infrastructure, while any platform intended to stay with your business can be selected and implemented separately. Transition support is scoped only if requested.

How do KPIs work?

+

KPIs are defined during scoping across commercial, operational, and strategic performance. Ongoing tactical reviews and quarterly strategic reviews keep both sides working from the same dashboard.

How does this differ from Commercial Representation?

+

Commercial Representation builds and runs a client-owned commercial function, including the in-scope team, under the client's structure. Brand Operations Partner includes that commercial leadership and adds continuous execution through our own personnel, payroll, processes, and operating structure.

Stop coordinating vendors. Start running one operation.

You've built a real brand. You've got commercial traction. The next bottleneck isn't strategy or representation, it's a unified operational arm running on one structure. That's what we are.
